施工阶段曲线预应力连续刚构桥空间受力分析

摘要 为研究曲线预应力连续刚构桥施工阶段空间受力特性,以南京至句容城际轨道交通工程上1座五跨连续刚构桥为研究背景,利用ABAQUS有限元模型建立不同曲线半径桥梁模型。通过对最大悬臂状态下截面正应力受不同曲线半径的影响分析,研究便于工程应用的实用计算方法。研究表明,在自重和预应力荷载作用下,墩顶截面正应力出现内小外大现象,其余截面则出现内大外小现象。通过指数函数拟合公式提出较为简便的以直代曲实用计算方法,为工程实际提供参考。 In order to study the spatial stress characteristics of curved prestressed continuous rigid frame bridge in the construction stage,taking a five span continuous rigid frame bridge on Nanjing to Jurong intercity rail transit project as the research background,several bridge models with different curve radii are built by ABAQUS finite element model.By analyzing the influence of different curve radii on the normal stress of the section under the maximum cantilever state,a practical calculation method convenient for engineering application is studied.The research shows that under the action of self weight and prestressed load,the normal stress of the pier top section appears the phenomenon of small inside and large outside,while the other sections appear the phenomenon of large inside and small outside.Through the exponential function fitting formula,a relatively simple practical calculation method of replacing curve with straight is proposed,which provides a reference for engineering practice.
