有氧运动联合抗阻训练对2型糖尿病患者氧化应激及糖脂代谢的影响 被引量:6

Effects of Aerobic Exercise Combined with Resistance Training on Oxidative Stress and Glycolipid Metabolism in Type 2 Diabetic Patients

摘要 目的研究和分析2型糖尿病患者给予有氧运动联合抗阻训练对其氧化应激及糖脂代谢的影响。方法选取2019年1月-2020年12月期间我院收治的2型糖尿病患者160例展开研究,遵循随机数字表法分组原则,将患者随机分成四组(每组40例),分别为有氧运动组:实施有氧运动干预;抗阻运动组:实施抗阻运动干预;联合组:实施有氧运动+抗阻运动联合干预;空白对照组:只进行常规健康饮食,不做其他干预。统计四组患者氧化应激及糖脂代谢相关指标,并进行比较。结果与空白对照组比较,有氧运动组、抗阻运动组和联合组患者的FBG、2hPG、HbAlc水平均显著下降(P<0.05);与联合组相比,空白对照组、有氧运动组和抗阻运动组患者的FBG、2hPG、HbAlc水平均显著更高(P<0.05)。与空白对照组比较,有氧运动组、抗阻运动组和联合组患者的TC、TG、LDL-C水平均显著下降(P<0.05);与联合组相比,空白对照组、有氧运动组和抗阻运动组患者的TC、TG、LDL-C水平均显著更高(P<0.05)。与空白对照组比较,有氧运动组、抗阻运动组和联合组患者的MDA水平显著升高,SOD、8-OHdG水平均显著下降(P<0.05);与联合组相比,空白对照组、有氧运动组和抗阻运动组患者的MDA水平均显著更高,SOD、8-OHdG水平显著更低(P<0.05)。结论对2型糖尿病患者进行有氧运动联合抗阻训练干预,可显著降低患者血糖、血脂水平,并改善患者氧化应激,从而提高患者血糖控制效果和生活质量。 Objective To study and analyze the effects of aerobic exercise combined with resistance training on oxidative stress and glucose-lipid metabolism in patients with type 2 diabetes.Methods A total of 160 patients with type 2 diabetes admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to December 2020 were selected as the subjects of the study.Patients were randomly divided into four groups(40 cases in each group)based on random numbers generated by a computer:Aerobic Exercise Group:Implemented aerobic exercise intervention;Resistance Exercise Group:Implemented resistance exercise intervention;Combined Group:Implemented combined aerobic exercise and resistance exercise intervention;Control Group:Only carried out a regular healthy diet,with no other interventions.The relevant indices of oxidative stress and glucose-lipid metabolism in the four groups of patients were collected and compared.Results Compared with the Control Group,the levels of FBG,2hPG,and HbA1c in the Aerobic Exercise Group,Resistance Exercise Group,and Combined Group were significantly reduced(P<0.05).Compared with the Combined Group,the levels of FBG,2hPG,and HbA1c in the Control Group,Aerobic Exercise Group,and Resistance Exercise Group were significantly higher(P<0.05).Compared with the Control Group,the levels of TC,TG,and LDL-C in the Aerobic Exercise Group,Resistance Exercise Group,and Combined Group were significantly reduced(P<0.05).Compared with the Combined Group,the levels of TC,TG,and LDL-C in the Control Group,Aerobic Exercise Group,and Resistance Exercise Group were significantly higher(P<0.05).Compared with the Control Group,the level of MDA in the Aerobic Exercise Group,Resistance Exercise Group,and Combined Group significantly increased,while the levels of SOD and 8-OHdG significantly decreased(P<0.05).Compared with the Combined Group,the level of MDA in the Control Group,Aerobic Exercise Group,and Resistance Exercise Group was significantly higher,while the levels of SOD and 8-OHdG were significantly lower(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementa
