摘要
目的探究中药保留灌肠方案对激素依赖型溃疡性结肠炎患者疾病活跃指数(DAI)及血沉、白细胞介素17(IL-17)水平表达的影响。方法选取该院2020年1月至2022年1月收治的120例激素依赖型溃疡性结肠炎患者,使用随机数字法分为对照组60例和观察组60例,对照组:美沙拉嗪治疗,观察组:美沙拉嗪治疗+中药保留灌肠方案,对比两组相关指标。结果治疗后,观察组中医临床症状评分、肠镜下黏膜评分、疾病活跃指数(DAI)指数评分、组织病理评分、血沉、IL-17均低于对照组,临床疗效高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论中药保留灌肠方案用于激素依赖型溃疡性结肠炎患者治疗,有利于改善临床症状,促进患者肠黏膜恢复,临床疗效显著,值得临床推广。
Objective To investigate the effects of Chinese medicine retention enema regimen on disease activity index(DAI),erythrocyte deposition rate(ESR)and interleukin-17(IL-17)levels in patients with hormone-dependent ulcerative colitis.Methods A total of 120 patients with hormone-dependent ulcerative colitis admitted to our hospital from January 2020 to January 2022 were selected and divided into control group(60 cases)and observation group(60 cases)by random number method.The control group received mesalazine treatment,and the observation group received mesalazine treatment+TCM retention enema regimen,and the relevant indicators of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the clinical symptom score,mucosal score under colonoscopy,disease activity index(DAI)score,histopathologic score,erythrocyte sedimentation rate and IL-17 in observation group were all lower than those in control group,and the clinical efficacy was higher than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The traditional Chinese medicine retention enema regimen is used for the treatment of patients with hormone-dependent ulcerative colitis,which is conducive to improving clinical symptoms and promoting the recovery of the intestinal mucosa,and the clinical effect is remarkable,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
