高压电缆线路高、宽度适位调节敷设方法 被引量:1

摘要 传统施工方法采用地滑轮敷设后需将电缆二次搬抬上支架,易产生因人员疲劳、操作方法错误导致的电缆磕伤隐患;此外,电缆通道内支架架设完成后,占用了人员逃生通道,存在很大的安全隐患。针对上述问题,提出了高压电缆线路高、宽度适位调节敷设方法,研制了电缆通道内半幅工字架搭设用可调节插片、输送机电动升降平台、多功能导向滑动架。该方法实现了电缆敷设一次到位,避免了地滑轮敷设时,电缆搬抬上支架易造成200次/km的电缆磕伤风险,同时让出电缆通道内部半幅空间作为人员逃生通道,具有良好的推广应用价值。 The traditional construction method requires the cable to be lifted onto the support twice after the ground pulley is laid,which is easy to cause the cable bruise hidden danger due to personnel fatigue and incorrect operation methods.In addition,after the support in the cable channel is erected,it occupies the escape passage for personnel,which has a great potential safety hazard.In view of the above problems,a method for adjusting the height and width of high-voltage cable lines is proposed,and adjustable inserts for the installation of the half width I-shaped frame in the cable channel,an electric lifting platform for the conveyor,and a multifunctional guided sliding frame have been developed.This method achieves cable laying in place at once,avoiding the risk of cable damage caused by 200 times/km when lifting the cable onto the bracket during ground pulley laying.At the same time,half of the space inside the cable channel is provided as an escape channel for personnel,which has good promotion and application value.
