低浓度硫化氢持续暴露对断奶仔猪生长性能、血液指标及组织病理学的影响 被引量:1

Effects of Continuous Exposure to Hydrogen Sulfide of Low Concentration on Growth Performance,Blood Indices and Histopathology in Weaned Piglets

摘要 试验旨在研究8 mg·m^(-3)硫化氢持续暴露,对断奶仔猪生长性能、血液生理生化指标以及主要呼吸、循环、代谢和免疫器官健康的影响。选取35日龄健康断奶仔猪12头(11.80±0.41)kg,公母各半,随机分配到2个环控舱,每个舱为一个处理组,每组设6个重复,每个重复1头猪。对照组H 2S浓度为0 mg·m^(-3),试验组H 2S浓度为8 mg·m^(-3),试验期28 d。测定其生长性能、血液生理生化、脏器指数及组织病理学等指标。结果显示:(1)生长性能测定结果:试验组较对照组的ADFI、ADG和F/G无显著性差异(P>0.05)。(2)血常规测定结果:硫化氢暴露2 d,试验组中MCHC显著降低(P<0.05),MCV有升高趋势(0.05<P<0.1);暴露14 d,试验组中LYM%、HGB、MCHC、PLT显著升高(P<0.05),MCH有升高趋势(0.05<P<0.1);暴露28 d,GRA%、HGB、MCH有升高趋势(0.05<P<0.1)。(3)肝功能、心功能及肾功能相关生化指标测定结果:硫化氢暴露2 d,试验组中ALP和TBIL显著升高(P<0.05),CK有升高趋势(0.05<P<0.1);暴露14 d,与肝功能、心功能以及肾功能相关的生化指标均无显著性差异(P>0.05);暴露28 d,ALT和CK有升高趋势(0.05<P<0.1)。(4)免疫相关指标检测结果:硫化氢暴露2 d,试验组中IgA显著升高(P<0.05);暴露14 d,试验组中IgG显著升高(P<0.05);暴露28 d,试验组中IgA显著升高(P<0.05),IgM有升高趋势(0.05<P<0.1)。(5)脏器指数及组织病理学观察结果:试验结束时,肺、肝、心、肾、脾以及胸腺的脏器指数均无显著性变化(P>0.05),气管、肺、心、肝、肾、脾及胸腺均无明显的病理学变化。以上结果表明,断奶仔猪持续暴露于8mg·m^(-3)硫化氢中,短时间内可能引起机体免疫应答及轻微肝损伤,而且影响氧气运输。随着时间的积累,机体适应能力增强,但仍有不利于断奶仔猪生长和健康的趋势,低浓度更长时间硫化氢暴露对仔猪健康的影响值得进一步研究。 This study was to investigate the effects of 8 mg·m^(-3)H_(2)S continuous exposure on the growth performance,blood physiological and biochemical indicators in weaned piglets,as well as on the health of main respiratory,circulatory,metabolic and immune organs.In the experiment,12 healthy weaned piglets aged 35 days,with an average weight of(11.80±0.41)kg,were randomly divided into 2 groups with 6 replicates in each group,half males and half females.The piglets were fed in 2 sealed environment controlled chambers,respectively.The H_(2)S concentration of the control group was 0 mg·m^(-3),and that for the experimental group was 15 mg·m^(-3).The experiment period was 28 days.The growth performance,blood physiology and biochemistry,organ indexes and histopathology and other indicators were measured.The results showed:(1)for growth performance,there was no significant difference in ADFI,ADG and F/G between the experimental group and the control group(P>0.05).(2)Routine blood test results showed after 2 days of H_(2)S exposure,MCHC in the experimental group significantly reduced(P<0.05),and MCV tended to increase(0.05<P<0.1).LYM%,HGB,MCHC,PLT increased significantly(P<0.05),and MCH had a rising trend(0.05<P<0.1)after 14 days of H_(2)S exposure.After 28 days of H_(2)S exposure,GRA%,HGB and MCH presented an upward trend(0.05<P<0.1).(3)Biochemical indicators related to liver,heart and kidney functions revealed that after 2 days of H_(2)S exposure,ALP and TBIL in the experimental group increased significantly(P<0.05),and CK had a rising trend(0.05<P<0.1).There was no significant difference in biochemical indicators related to liver,heart and kidney functions(P>0.05)after 14 days of H_(2)S exposure.After 28 days of exposure,ALT and CK tended to increase(0.05<P<0.1).(4)Test results of immune-related indicators indicated that IgA in the experimental group remarkably increased(P<0.05)after 2 days of H_(2)S exposure.After 14 days,IgG had an significant increase in the experiment group(P<0.05),so did IgA after 28days of exposu
