摘要
为揭示红河黄牛的生长发育规律,该研究采用主成分分析方法对不同月龄83头公牛及197头母牛的体重和12项体尺指标数据进行分析。结果表明:不同月龄的公牛体重和各体尺指标显著高于母牛(P<0.05);公牛12、24、36、48和60月龄第1主成分的贡献率分别为52.186%、40.918%、26.760%、35.744%和41.862%,而母牛分别为52.746%、34.451%、56.846%、69.922%和49.044%;不同月龄公、母牛入选的主成分存在差异,体尺增长的侧重部位也不同。研究结果可为阐明红河黄牛体型外貌特征及其生长发育规律提供依据。
To reveal the pattern of growth and development of Honghe Yellow cattle,the principal component analysis method was used to analyze the body weight and their 12 body measurement data of 83 bulls and 197 cows at different month ages in this study.The results showed that the body weight and body measurements of bulls at different ages were significantly higher than those of cows(P<0.05).The contribution rates of the first principal component of bulls at 12,24,36,48 and 60 months old were 52.186%,40.918%,26.760%,35.744%,and 41.862%,respectively,while those of cows were 52.746%,34.451%,56.846%,69.922 and 49.044%,respectively.For males and females at different months,there was difference in the selected principal components and the focus of body measurement increment.The results can provide a basis for elucidating the characteristics of physical appearance and growth and development pattern of Honghe yellow cattle.
