摘要
该研究以国家体育产业政策方针为导向,以京津冀协同发展战略实施为契机,以京津冀体育产业高质量发展为研究对象,采用文献资料法、数据统计法对京津冀体育产业协同发展的现状和障碍进行分析。结果认为,京津冀体育产业协同发展在基地布局、体育赛事合作、场地运营等方面取得了一定的进步,但体育产业资源分配不均匀、产业政策沟通不畅,体育产业投入与体育消费仍存在较大差距。从资源共享、政策协同、全民健身协同发展、提高体育产业供给侧质量等方面,为京津冀体育产业协同发展提出推进建议。
This study is guided by the national policies and guidelines for the sports industry,takes the strategic implementation of the coordinated development of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region as an opportunity,takes the high-quality development of the sports industry in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region as the research object,and analyzes the present situation and obstacles of the coordinated development of the sports industry in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region by using the literature method and data statistics method.The results show that the coordinated development of the sports industry in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region has made some progress in terms of base layout,sports event cooperation and venue operation,but the distribution of sports industrial data is uneven and the communication of industrial policies is not smooth,and that there is still a big gap between sports industry investment and sports consumption.Suggestions are put forward to promote the coordinated development of the sports industry in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region from the aspects of resource sharing,policy coordination,the coordinated development of national fitness and the improvement of the quality of the supply side of the sports industry.
