摘要
针对弹性套的注射成型,结合其结构特点,设计了1副1模1腔三板注射模,采用6个点浇口进料,模具分4次开模。定模一侧设置了推板以保证成型塑件从定模型腔中脱模,动模一侧设置了6根推杆推出滑块机构以保证成型塑件从动模型芯上脱模。模具结构新颖,降低了设计制造难度,可为成型同类塑件的模具设计提供借鉴。
According to the injection moulding of elastic sleeve,combined with its structural characteristics,a three-plate injection mould with one cavity was designed.It adopted six point gates,and the mould was opened four times.An ejector base plate was arranged on the fixed half of mould to ensure that the molded part was demoulded from the cavity,and six ejector pins were arranged on the move half of mould to eject out the slider mechanism to ensure that the molded part was demoulded from the core.The mould structure was novel and easy to manufacture.
