摘要
目的:通过对布鲁氏菌感染的病例临床特征进行回顾性分析,了解布鲁氏菌病临床特征。方法:对粤北地区2018年1月-2020年6月临床诊断为布鲁氏菌病的病例临床资料进行回顾性分析,对其临床症状及实验室检查资料进行统计分析。结果:15例患者发病主要以发热和关节腰背疼痛为主。实验室检查表现为白细胞总数和血小板总数正常,多数病例表现降钙素原和C反应蛋白升高,除一例患者血沉在正常范围,其余患者血沉均升高。多数患者肝功能轻度受损,表现为谷丙转氨酶(ALT)和谷草转氨酶(AST)升高,以及白蛋白的降低。在做过D二聚体检查的6例病例中,有5例表现出D二聚体升高。结论:对于非疫区地区有发热和关节或腰背疼痛的临床表现的病人,临床医师应提高警惕,注重对布鲁菌病的筛查,结合实验室检查结果做好布鲁氏菌病的早期诊断。
Objective:To understand the clinical characteristics of brucellosis,the clinical characteristics of Brucella infection were retrospectively analyzed and summarized.Methods:Retrospective analysis was conducted on the clinical data of patients clinically diagnosed with Brucellosis from January 2018 to June 2020 in the northern region of Guangdong,and statistical analysis was conducted on the data of clinical symptoms and laboratory examination.Results:Fever and articular-lumbar pain were the main symptoms in 15 patients.The laboratory examination showed that the total count of white blood cells and total count of platelets were normal,and the majority of cases showed increased procalcitonin and C-reactive protein.The ESR was elevated in all patients except one patient,which was within normal range.In most patients,liver function is slightly impaired,which is manifested by increased ALT and AST,as well as decreased albumin.Of the 6 patients who underwent D dimer examination,5 showed elevated D dimer.Conclusion:For patients with fever and joint or lower back pain in non-epidemic areas,clinicians should be vigilant,pay attention to the screening of brucellosis,and make early diagnosis of brucellosis based on laboratory examination results.
