摘要
目的:探讨冠心病(CAD)患者血清D-二聚体(DD)、纤维蛋白原(FIB)及超敏c反应蛋白(hs-CRP)的水平,分析其相互关系。方法:分别检测134例CAD患者和116例健康人对照者的DD、FIB、hs-CRP水平,同时测定其CRP、白细胞(WBC)水平并进行统计学分析。结果:与健康人对照组比较,CAD组DD、FIB、hs-CRP、CRP、WBC水平均显著升高(P<0.01)。DD与FIB、CRP水平均呈正相关(P<0.05);FIB与DD、hs-CRP、CRP水平均呈正相关(P<0.01);hs-CRP与FIB、CRP水平均呈正相关(P<0.01)。多元线性回归分析显示,FIB是DD的唯一显著的独立预测因子(β=0.446,P<0.01);而CRP和DD(β=0.595,0.259,P<0.05)共同决定了48.6%的FIB变化;CRP是hs-CRP的唯一显著的独立预测因子(β=0.768,P<0.01);此外,hs-CRP和DD(β=0.573,0.346,P<0.01),共同影响了65.6%的CRP变化。结论:CAD患者血清DD、FIB、hs-CRP水平升高,FIB与DD、hs-CRP关系密切,三者相互促进相互影响,共同参与CAD的发生、发展。
Objective:To investigate the levels of serum D-dimer(DD),fibrinogen(FIB)and hypersensitivity protein(hs-CRP)in patients with coronary heart disease(CAD)and analyze their relationship.Methods:The levels of DD,FIB,and hs-CRP in 134 CAD patients and 116 healthy controls were detected,and the CRP and white blood cell(WBC)levels were determined simultaneously,and the results were analyzed statistically.Results:Compared with the healthy control group,the levels of DD,FIB,hs-CRP,CRP and WBC in the CAD group were significantly increased(P<0.010).DD was positively correlated with FIB and CRP levels(P<0.05);FIB was positively related with DD,hs-CRP,and CRP levels(P<0.01);hs-CRP was positively correlated with FIB and CRP levels(P<0.01):Multiple linear regression analysis showed that FIB was the only significant independent predictor of DD(β=0.446,P<0.01);While CRP and DD(β=0.595,0.259,P<0.05)accounted for 48.6% of the variation of FIB;CRP was the only significant independent predictor of hs-CRP(β=0.768,P<0.01);in addition,hs-CRP and DD(β=0.573,0.346,P<0.01)influenced 65.6% of the variation of CRP.Conclusion:DD,FIB,and hs-CRP levels in CAD patients are elevated.FIB was closely related to DD and hs-CRP,Which participate in the occurrence and development of CAD through mutual promotion and mutual influence.
