摘要
目的探讨活血温经通络方中药泡洗联合易经柱治疗癌因性疲乏患者的临床效果。方法选择105例癌因性疲乏患者,随机分为中药泡洗组(29例)、易经柱组(22例)、中药泡洗+易经柱组(28例)及对照组(26例)。给予中药泡洗组自制的活血温经通络方中药泡洗,给予易经柱组易经柱治疗仪治疗及安慰剂泡洗,给予中药泡洗+易经柱组自制的活血温经通络方中药泡洗联合易经柱治疗仪治疗,给予对照组安慰剂泡洗,4组均治疗14 d。比较治疗前后4组患者中文版疲乏症状量表(FSI-C)得分和Karnofsky功能状态评分标准(KPS)评分。结果治疗后,中药泡洗+易经柱组疲乏程度维度、疲乏对生活品质的干扰程度维度、疲乏当天出现的疲乏程度维度得分均较治疗前降低(均P<0.05),但4组的上述维度得分差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。治疗后4组KPS评分差异无统计学意义,且各组组内治疗前后KPS评分的比较,差异亦均无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。结论活血温经通络方中药泡洗联合易经柱治疗可以有效改善癌因性疲乏患者的疲乏程度,对临床治疗癌因性疲乏具有一定的参考价值。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Huoxue Wenjing Tongluo Prescription for Traditional Chinese Medicine soaking combined with Yijingzhu for the treatment of patients with cancer-related fatigue.Methods A total of 105 patients with cancer-related fatigue were selected,and they were randomly divided into Traditional Chinese Medicine soaking group(29 cases),Yijingzhu group(22 cases),Traditional Chinese Medicine soaking combined with Yijingzhu group(28 cases),or control group(26 cases).The Traditional Chinese Medicine soaking group received self-made Huoxue Wenjing Tongluo Prescription for Traditional Chinese Medicine soaking,the Yijingzhu group adopted Yijingzhu therapeutic apparatus for treatment and placebo for soaking,the Traditional Chinese Medicine soaking+Yijingzhu group was treated with self-made Huoxue Wenjing Tongluo Prescription for Traditional Chinese Medicine soaking combined with Yijingzhu therapeutic apparatus for treatment,and the control group received placebo for soaking.All the 4 groups received a 14-day treatment.The pre-and post-treatment Fatigue Symptom Inventory-Chinese Version(FSI-C)score and Karnofsky Performance Status(KPS)score were compared between patients of the 4 groups.Results After treatment,the scores of fatigue degree dimension,dimension for interference degree of fatigue to quality of life,dimension for fatigue degree on the day of experiencing fatigue in the Traditional Chinese Medicine soaking+Yijingzhu group were decreased as compared with before treatment(all P<0.05);however,no statistically significant difference in the scores of the aforementioned dimensions was found between the 4 groups(all P>0.05).The post-treatment KPS score revealed no statistically significant difference between the 4 groups,and there was no statistically significant difference in pre-and post-treatment KPS scores between various intra-groups(all P>0.05).Conclusion Huoxue Wenjing Tongluo Prescription for Traditional Chinese Medicine soaking combined with Yijingzhu therapy can effectively am
