摘要
目的探讨热休克蛋白5(HSPA5)和CD44v6在子宫内膜癌中的表达及临床价值。方法选取2018年1月至2020年12月上海市长宁区妇幼保健院手术切除的93例子宫内膜癌标本,用免疫组织化学方法作HSPA5和CD44v6的表达检测,结合其临床病理指标,进行统计学分析。结果在93例子宫内膜癌中,HSPA5、CD44v6表达的阳性率分别为71.0%(66/93)和65.6%(61/93)。HSPA5在子宫内膜癌的不同病理分期、是否绝经及肿瘤浸润子宫壁深度不同(浸润子宫壁深度<1/2组;浸润子宫壁深度≥1/2组)的表达结果差异无统计学意义(均为P>0.05);而HSPA5在子宫内膜癌的不同组织学类型、淋巴结有无转移组的表达结果差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01,P<0.005)。CD44v6在子宫内膜癌的不同临床分期、是否绝经及不同组织学类型的表达结果差异无统计学意义(均为P>0.05);而CD44v6在肿瘤浸润子宫壁不同深度(浸润子宫壁深度<1/2组;浸润子宫壁深度≥1/2组)、淋巴结有无转移组的表达结果差异均有统计学意义(P<0.001,P<0.005)。结论HSPA5、CD44v6在子宫内膜癌中存在高表达,二者与子宫内膜癌的生物学行为有关,在子宫内膜癌的发生、发展中有着重要的调控作用。同步进行HSPA5、CD44v6在子宫内膜癌的表达检测,在判断其预后和指导其临床治疗上有重要价值。
Objective To investigate the expression and clinical value of HSPA5 and CD44v6 in endometrial carcinoma.Methods Ninty-three cases of endometrial cancer were selected from January 2018 to December 2020 in Changning District Maternal and child health care hospital of Shanghai.HSPA5 and CD44v6 were detected by immunohistochemistry,and statistical analysis were made combining with clinical pathological indexes.Results The positive rates of HSPA5 and CD44v6 in 93 cases of endometrial carcinoma were 71.0%(66/93)and 65.6%(61/93).HSPA5 was found to be different in different pathological stages,menopause and depth of invasion of endometrial carcinoma(depth of invasion of the uterine wall was less than 1/2 group).There was no significant difference in the expression of HSPA5 in the endometrial carcinoma group(P>0.05),but HSPA5 expression in different histologic types,lymph nodes and metastasis groups were statistically significant(P<0.01).There were no significant differences in the expression of CD44v6 in different clinical stages,menopause and histological types of endometrial carcinoma(P>0.05),while CD44v6 was found to be infiltrated into the uterine wall at different depths(the depth of invasion of the uterine wall was less than 1/2 group).The expression results of the group with or without metastasis of lymph nodes were statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion HSPA5 and CD44v6 are highly expressed in endometrial carcinoma,which are related to the biological behavior of endometrial cancer,and play an important role in the occurrence and development of endometrial cancer.It is of great value to detect HSPA5 and CD44v6 in endometrial carcinoma,and to judge the prognosis and guide its clinical treatment.
