摘要
目的分析保留乳腺手术治疗早期乳腺癌的临床价值。方法100例早期乳腺癌患者,按照随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各50例。对照组使用乳腺改良根治术治疗,观察组使用保留乳腺手术治疗。对比两组临床指标、心理状态评分、术后并发症发生率。结果观察组手术出血量(29.25±5.24)ml少于对照组的(76.72±9.96)ml,手术时间(51.42±9.85)min、住院时间(7.04±1.52)d短于对照组的(88.23±11.62)min、(14.56±1.64)d,美观度评分(7.64±2.12)分高于对照组的(5.24±2.09)分,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分(45.29±2.26)分、焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分(43.58±2.16)分低于对照组的(51.81±2.41)、(49.16±2.37)分,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组术后并发症发生率8.00%低于对照组的24.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论早期乳腺癌患者采用保留乳腺手术治疗能取得较好的效果,可有效减少术中出血量,基本保留乳腺的完整性和美观度,改善其心理状态,减少术后并发症的出现。
Objective To analyze the clinical value of breast-sparing surgery for early breast cancer.Methods A total of 100 patients with early breast cancer were divided into control group and observation group according to random numerical table,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with modified radical mastectomy,while the observation group was treated with breast-sparing surgery.The clinical indexes,score of psychological state,and incidence of postoperative complications of the two groups were compared.Results The amount of surgical bleeding of(29.25±5.24)ml in the observation group was less than that of(76.72±9.96)ml in the control group;the operative time of(51.42±9.85)min and hospital stay of(7.04±1.52)d in the observation group were shorter than those of(88.23±11.62)min and(14.56±1.64)d in the control group;the aesthetic score of(7.64±2.12)points in the observation group was higher than that of(5.24±2.09)points in the control group;the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The self-rating depression scale(SDS)score of(45.29±2.26)points and self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)score of(43.58±2.16)points in the observation group were lower than those of(51.81±2.41)and(49.16±2.37)points in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications of 8.00%in the observation group was lower than that of 24.00%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Breast sparing surgery can achieve better results in early breast cancer patients,which can effectively reduce amount of intraoperative bleeding,basically preserve the integrity and beauty of the breast,improve their psychological state,and reduce the occurrence of postoperative complications.
