摘要
目前,在我们国家每一年都会产生大量的铝灰,铝灰被国家纳入到危险废物类别之后,再运用过去粗放化的处理方法已完全行不通。现如今,我们国家对铝灰的处理还只是以回收金属铝为主要方法,对比国外,始终处在初级起步阶段,尤其是针对二次铝灰,到现在依然缺少高效成熟的处理技术。二次铝灰当中金属铝的铝含量不高,存在较为复杂的杂质成分,处理过程需要消耗大把的资金,综合运用难度非常高。当前所使用的处理方法会给环境带来较大的威胁,急需规范化的处理方法。因此,文章从二次铝灰的概述入手,分析二次铝灰资源化利用现状,提出二次铝灰的利用技术,探究二次铝灰资源化利用的未来展望。
Currently,a large amount of aluminum ash is generated every year in our country.After aluminum ash is classified as hazardous waste by the state,it is completely impractical to use the extensive treatment methods used in the past.Nowadays,the treatment of aluminum ash in our country is mainly based on the recycling of metal aluminum.Compared with foreign countries,it is still in its early stages,especially for secondary aluminum ash,which still lacks efficient and mature treatment technologies.The aluminum content of metal aluminum in secondary aluminum ash is not high,and there are relatively complex impurity components.The treatment process requires a large amount of funds,and the comprehensive application difficulty is very high.The current processing methods used will pose a significant threat to the environment,and there is an urgent need for standardized processing methods.Therefore,the article starts with an overview of secondary aluminum ash,analyzes the current situation of resource utilization of secondary aluminum ash,proposes utilization technologies for secondary aluminum ash,and explores the future prospects of resource utilization of secondary aluminum ash.
