摘要
风机是运输气体的机械装置,在工业中得到了广泛应用。冶金行业中使用的风机存在工作时间长、工作条件恶劣、工作负荷高等特点,因此风机发生故障的概率较高。分析风机设备主要故障的成因,研究风机故障的诊断技术,对提高风机的使用寿命和工作效率具有一定的现实意义。文章针对风机主要故障进行介绍,详细阐述相关故障诊断方法,并对学者的研究成果进行总结。
Fan is a mechanical device for transporting gas,which has been widely used in industry.The fan used in metallurgical industry has the characteristics of long working time,bad working conditions and high working load,so the probability of fan failure is high.It is of practical significance to improve the service life and work efficiency of fan by analyzing the causes of the main faults of fan equipment and studying the diagnosis techniques of fan faults.In this paper,the main faults of the fan are introduced,the relevant fault diagnosis methods are elaborated,and the research results of scholars are summarized.
