摘要
由于原卷接机组排梗阀辊无法有效阻止除尘负压风进入漂流室,导致漂流室内气流受除尘管内负压风的干扰,使得其中一部分烟丝和其他可卷制成分被除尘风吸走,造成了原料浪费。因此,在原机基础上对相关分离装置进行改进设计,使得新设计装置可实现PASSIM卷烟机梗签剔除物中梗丝的分离回收。梗丝分离回收装置能够彻底分离卷烟机二次分选出来进入出梗腔的梗签和烟丝,节约了成本,提升了设备的工作效率。
Because the discharge valve roller of the original winding unit could not effectively prevent the negative pressure air of dust removal from entering the drift chamber,the air flow in the drift chamber was interfered by the negative pressure air in the dust removal pipe,which made part of the tobacco and other rolling components sucked away by the dust removal wind,resulting in waste of raw materials.Therefore,on the basis of the original machine,the related separation device is improved and designed.The new design device can realize the separation and recovery of the stem filament in the stripper of PASSIM cigarette machine.The stem separating and recycling device can completely separate the stem tag and tobacco from the secondary sorting into the stem cavity of the cigarette machine,saving the cost and improving the working efficiency of the equipment.
