摘要
文章主要介绍富春江水电厂4号水轮发电机组推力轴承油位波动原因及处理方法。技术人员通过将封闭的推力轴承油槽改进为与大气连通的结构,即在推力轴承油槽盖板上加装呼吸阀作为控制气体通道启闭的装置,将推力轴承油槽内部和外界连通,解决油槽内部封闭的问题,同时可以对现有冷却系统的冷却能力给予一定的补充,从根本上解决了推力轴承油位波动的问题。
The article mainly introduces the causes of oil level fluctuation of thrust bearing in No.4 electric generator of Fuchunjiang hydropower plant.By improving the sealed oil tank of thrust bearing into a structure connected with the atmosphere,the technicians install breathing valve on the oil tank cover plate of thrust bearing as a device to control the opening and closing of the gas passage,the internal and external connection of the oil tank of the thrust bearing can solve the problem of the internal sealing of the oil tank,and at the same time can supplement the cooling capacity of the existing cooling system,the problem of oil level fluctuation of thrust bearing is solved fundamentally.
