摘要
3D打印技术是在原材料的基础上选用层层叠加的形式促使其成型的一种增材制造新技术。为了实现产品性能指标提升、技术创新,现阶段金属3D打印技术在汽车制造、航空航天、生物医疗等领域获得了推广应用。结合当前金属3D打印技术的研究现状展开论述,阐述不同技术的实践应用,明确金属3D打印技术的发展趋势,以期为金属3D打印工艺提供理论依据和实践应用参考。
3D printing technology is a new additive manufacturing technology that uses layers of raw materials to promote their formation.In order to achieve improved product performance indicators and technological innovation,metal 3D printing technology is currently being promoted and applied in fields such as automotive manufacturing,aerospace,and biomedical engineering.This article mainly discusses the current research status of metal 3D printing technology,points out the practical applications of different technologies,clarifies the development trend of metal 3D printing technology,and provides theoretical basis and practical application reference for metal 3D printing technology.
