摘要
在“数字中国”的国家大战略下,智慧医院建设是当前医院信息化建设的主导目标和方向,是实现医院高质量发展的重要保障。数字化转型是智慧医院建设的重要前提,在数字化转型阶段,信息系统之间实现了广泛的互联互通,数据交互日益复杂多变,医院信息系统出现卡慢、平滑度不佳,甚至业务服务失效等现象的频率增加,这些问题的增加直接影响了智慧医院建设和医院高质量发展。本研究通过采集大量真实世界样本数据,应用关键因子分析法、数据库知识发现(KDD)等研究方法进行深入分析,基于真实世界的医院信息系统研究“医院数据效能”,即用户从信息系统中获取数据的效率和能力,分析影响数据效能的关键因子,剖析关键因子的形成机制,并构建出一套数据效能的可观测指标集合。通过对这些可观测指标合理值范围的研究,确定医院信息系统数据效能的健康域,为医院数据效能智能化系统应对解决方案奠定基础,最终实现全面提升医院数据效能的目标,促进和保障智慧医院的高质量发展。
Under the national strategy of Digital China,the construction of smart hospitals is the current leading goal and direction of hospital information construction and is an important guarantee for achieving high-quality hospital development.Digital transformation is an important prerequisite for high-quality development of hospitals.In the digital transformation stage,information systems are widely interconnected,and data interaction is increasingly complex and variable.The phenomena such as system lagging,poor smoothness,and even service failures of the hospital information system occur more frequently,which directly hampers the construction of smart hospitals and the high-quality development of hospitals.In this study,a large number of real-world sample data was collected,and scientific methods such as key factor analysis and knowledge discovery in databases(KDD)research methods were applied to conduct indepth analysis.Based on the real-world hospital information system,this study examines“hospital data efficiency”,that is,the efficiency and ability of users to access data from the information system,and analyses the key factors affecting the data efficiency.It also analyzes the formation mechanism of key factors,and constructs a set of observable indicators of data efficiency.Through the study of the reasonable value range of these observable indicators,the health domain of hospital information system data efficiency is determined,which lays the foundation for the solution of hospital data efficiency intelligent system,so as to ultimately achieve the goal of comprehensively improving hospital data efficiency,promote and guarantee the high-quality development of smart hospitals.
