摘要
针对某中速大功率柴油机活塞顶和裙部结合面出现微动磨损的情况,采用接触有限元方法对活塞顶和裙部结合面的应力和变形进行计算,采用Ruiz准则预测微动磨损程度和微动疲劳损伤。从结合面结构设计要素中的锥面高度、外支撑和泄荷槽等因素研究活塞顶裙结合面微动磨损抑制的影响规律并进行试验验证。试验结果表明,采用外支撑、泄荷槽以及合适的锥面高度对结合面微动磨损均有较好的抑制效果。
In response to the fretting wear on the interface between the piston top and piston skirt of a medium-speed and large-power diesel engine,contact finite element method was used to calculate the stress and deformation of the interface between the piston top and piston skirt.The Ruiz criterion was used to predict the degree of fretting wear and fretting fatigue damage.Based on the design elements of the interface structure,such as cone height,external support,and discharge groove,the influence rule of fretting wear suppression of the interface of piston top and piston skirt was studied and experimentally verified.The experimental results show that the use of external supports,load relief grooves and appropriate cone height has a good suppression effect on the fretting wear of the interface.
