摘要
住院医师和专科医师规范化培训(以下简称"住培"和"专培")是培养合格医师的必由之路。本文结合四川大学华西医院疼痛科多年的"住培"和"专培"经验,通过分层递进式培养,实行"入科准入"制度,开展危机资源管理等教学方式以夯实"住培"质量。提出在"专培"中应注重加强基地建设,抓好"入口"和"出口",采取"导师制"精细化培养模式,强化住院总医师阶段训练,旨在为促进我国疼痛学"住培"和"专培"体系建设及进一步发展提供思路和参考。
The standardized training for residents and specialists is the best way to get qualified physicians.This article summarizes the practical experience of the Department of Painology of West China Hospital of Sichuan University in"standardized resident training"and"standardized specialist training"in the following aspects:the quality of"standardized resident training"is reinforced through stratified progressive model,the implementation of the"admission"system,and the teaching of crisis resource management.In the"standardized specialist training",emphasis should be placed on strengthening the base construction,grasping the"entrance"and"exit"process,adopting the"mentorship"training model,strengthening the chief resident training stage.The aims of this article are to provide ideas and references to promote the construction and further development of"standardized residency training"and"standardized specialized training"systems in painology in China.
