摘要
针对某型飞机飞行中发动机振动值忽然增大的特情,对发动机开展现场检查和返厂检查,确定故障部件为压气机后轴承。基于故障部件的宏微观分析、断口分析、材质检查,得出失效机理为疲劳断裂。以压气机后轴承失效为顶事件,从安装、润滑、制造质量等方面建立故障树,并开展排查,明确失效原因,提出改进措施。改进措施经工厂验证有效。
In view of the special situation that the vibration value of the engine suddenly increases in the flight of a certain type of aircraft,the on site inspection and factory inspection of the engine were carried out,and the faulty part was determined to be the rear bearing of the compressor.Based on the macro micro analysis,fracture analysis and material inspection of the faulty part,the failure mechanism was fatigue fracture.Taking the rear bearing failure of the compressor as the top event,a fault tree was established from the aspects of installation,lubrication,manufacturing quality,etc.,and to carry out investigation,clarify the cause of failure,and propose improvement measures.The improvement measures were proven to be effective in factory.
