摘要
现行行业标准YB/T 4908.6—2021钒铝合金氮含量的测定采用热导法,此种方法成本大,空白与校准试验繁琐。介绍了水蒸气蒸馏法测定钒铝合金氮含量,验证了方法的准确度和精密性。通过平行试验和标准样品回收试验结果分析,该方法测定钒铝合金氮含量是可行的,同时还有原理直观,操作简单,低成本,准确度高的优点。
The current industry standard YB/T 4908.6—2021 vanadium aluminum alloy nitrogen content is determined by thermal conductivity method,which has high cost and cumbersome blank and calisration experiments.The determination of nitrogen content in vanadium aluminum alloy by steam distillation was introduced and its accuracy and precision were verified.By analyzing the results of parallel experiment and standard sample recovery experiment,the method is feasible for the determination of vanadium aluminum alloy nitrogen content,and has the advantages of intuitive principle,simple operation,low cost and high accuracy.
