摘要
针对现有含能材料发火感度试验装置操作繁琐的不足,基于发火感度试验的原理及流程,设计了一种新型自动发火感度试验装置。该装置采用移动终端作为控制核心,控制高精度数控电压源实现高效的电压调节,使用光电传感器检测含能材料试验样品的响应状态,并通过串口通信实现试验流程的自动闭环,以满足含能材料发火感度试验的测试精度。采用试验验证的方法对某半导体桥发火件的发火感度进行了D优化法试验,结果表明发火感度值与经验积累值一致。
Aiming at the lack of complicated operation ofexisting ignition sensitivity test of energetic materials,based on the principle and process of ignition sensitivity test,a new type of automatic ignition sensitivity test device was designed.The device uses the mobile terminal as the control core,controls the high-precision digital control voltage source to achieve efficient voltage regulation,uses the photoelectric sensor to detect the response state of the energetic material test sample,and realizes the automatic closed-loop of the test process through serial communication,which can meet the accuracy of the energetic material ignition sensitivity test.By use of test verification method,the D-optimality method was carried out for the ignition sensitivity test of someSCB ignitor.The results show that the obtained sensitivity value is consistent with the accumulated experience value.
