摘要
维持骨量和骨密度的骨重塑过程是通过成骨细胞和破骨细胞的平衡作用实现骨量和矿物质稳态。骨重塑平衡被打破,会导致骨质和骨骼强度退化,继而引发骨质疏松症。这种不平衡可能是骨细胞产生的各种分子作用于其他骨细胞并影响细胞活动的结果。了解这些分子对骨骼的影响有助于确定预防和治疗骨骼疾病的靶点。本文重点介绍了由成骨细胞和破骨细胞产生的分子及其作用机制研究进展,同时也简要概括了骨质疏松症中性激素对这些细胞的调控作用。
The process of bone remodeling is maintenance of bone mass and bone mineral density through the balance of osteoblasts and osteoclasts.Disruption of bone remodeling balance would lead to the degradation of bone and bone strength,and then lead to osteoporosis.This imbalance may be the result of the action of various molecules produced by bone cells on other bone cells and the effect on other cell activities.Understanding the effect of these molecules on bone can help identify the targets for the prevention and treatment of bone diseases.In this article,we focus on the molecules produced by osteoblasts and osteoclasts,and the research progress on their action mechanisms on these cells.At the same time,the regulative role of sex hormones on osteoblasts and osteoclasts is also briefly introduced.
