摘要
本工程大跨钢结构屋盖采用正交正放桁架结构布置形式,长轴跨度约为123m,短轴跨度约为114m,钢屋盖与下部混凝土结构之间通过单向或双向活动球形支座连接。本文主要对钢屋盖的基本设计参数、结构体系、支座布置及选型等进行了介绍,对整体结构模态、钢屋盖设计控制指标、复杂相贯节点应力及结构动力弹塑性等进行了分析。模态分析表明结构在x向和y向的刚度较为接近,结构布置相对合理;采用Midas Gen和3D3S两种软件分别对整体模型和独立屋盖模型进行包络设计,给出了屋盖钢构件应力比指标和不同标准工况下的挠度计算结果,各项指标均满足规范要求;复杂相贯节点应力分析采用了SAP2000和IDEA StatiCa软件协同工作,该方法相较于传统的节点有限元分析方法可快速高效地进行节点应力校核;动力弹塑性分析结果表明,最大弹塑性层间位移角满足规范1/50限值要求,大震弹塑性时程基底剪力是小震弹性基底剪力的3.96~7.38倍,地震作用在合理范围内,反应出结构整体耗能能力较好。
The large-span steel structure roof of this project is composed of orthorhombic intersecting lattice truss structure,with a long axis span of about 123m and a short axis span of about 114m.The steel roof and the lower concrete structure are connected by one-way or two-way movable spherical supporting joints.In this paper,the basic design parameters,structural system,supporting joints arrangement and type selection of the steel roof were introduced,and the overall structural modes,control indicators of design,complex intersecting joints stress,and dynamic elastoplastic analysis were researched.The mode analysis shows that the stiffness of the structure in the x and y directions are relatively close,and the structure layout is relatively reasonable.The envelope design of the overall model and the independent roof model was carried out using two softwares,Midas Gen and 3D3S,respectively.The stress ratio of the roof steel members and the deflection results under different standard load cases were given,and each index met the specification requirements.The stress analysis of complex intersecting joints,using the collaborative work of SAP2000 and IDEA StatiCa software,can quickly and efficiently check the joint stress compared to traditional finite element methods.The result of dynamic elastoplastic analysis shows that the maximum elastoplastic story drift ratio meets the code requirement limit of 1/50,and the base shear in the time-history analysis of large earthquake is 3.96~7.38 times of the elastic results of small earthquakes.The reasonable seismic response reflects a favorable energy dissipation mechanism of the structure.
