摘要 为了提升国能神东榆家梁煤矿43煤43207工作面开采效率,通过液压支架自动跟机、采煤机规划截割、巡检机器人、电缆拖拽、三岗合一等薄煤层工作面智能化关键技术的应用,将生产班作业人员从工作面撤到两巷,实现工作面无人跟机,减少了工人劳动强度,提升了生产效率。 In order to improve the mining efficiency of the 43207 working face of the 43 coal in Guoneng Shendong Yujialiang Coal Mine,through the application of intelligent key technologies in thin coal seam working faces,such as hydraulic support automatic tracking,coal mining machine planning and cutting,inspection robots,cable dragging,integration of three positions and so on,the production team operators are withdrawed from the working face to two roadways,achieving unmanned following machine in the working face,reducing labor intensity of workers,and improving production efficiency.
