薄煤层资源回收控顶支护方法研究

摘要 为实现邱集煤矿7809工作面薄煤层资源安全回收,对工作面控顶支护参数进行计算,设计控顶支护方案,确定采用外注式单体液压支柱配合金属铰接顶梁的控顶方法和“见四回一”的控顶方式,并通过现场试验进行了验证。结果表明,支护效果良好,顶底板收敛量较小。 In order to achieve the safe recovery of thin coal seam resources in the 7809 working face of Qiuji Coal Mine,the roof control support parameters of the working face are calculated,and a roof control support plan is designed.The roof control method using external injection single hydraulic prop combined with metal hinged top beam and the"see four times and return one"roof control method are determined,and verified through on-site experiments.The results show that the support effect is good,and the convergence amount of the top and bottom plates is small.
