摘要 为控制深部软岩巷道变形,保证安全生产,针对矿井深部地应力增加、软岩底板发生流变与结构失稳、收敛变形严重等情况,提出锚网+锚索联合支护底板治理方案,在轨枕中间加设锚杆,在底板中部加设锚索和锚网,并架设梯子梁,实现巷道断面的整体支撑结构。工程应用表明:巷道修护50 d后,巷道底鼓变形速度趋于0.01 mm/d。 In order to control the deformation of deep soft rock roadway and ensure safe production,in view of the increase of deep crustal stress in mine,rheological and structural instability of soft rock floor,serious convergence deformation and other situations,a floor administer scheme of anchor mesh+anchor cable combined support is proposed,with anchor bolts added in the middle of sleepers,anchor cables and anchor nets added in the middle of the floor,and ladder beams erected to achieve the overall support structure of the roadway section.Engineering applications showed that after 50 days of roadway maintenance,the deformation rate of the roadway heaving floor tends to 0.01 mm/d.
