摘要
后疫情时代,全民健身的需求将进一步增加。将以计划行为理论为基础,对全民健身意向及行为进行基于微观个体的深入研究,通过定性和定量相结合的分析方法,构建健身意向和行为影响因素分析模型,系统分析个体进行健身的内在心理动力,把握其行为决策过程,将更有助于为推动全民健身发展提供精细化的对策。
In the post-epidemic era,the demand for national fitness will further increase.Based on the theory of planned behavior,this paper will conduct an in-depth study of national fitness intention and behavior based on micro-individuals,construct an analysis model of fitness intention and behavior influencing factors through a combination of qualitative and quantitative analysis methods,systematically analyze the inner psychological motivation of individuals to carry out fitness and grasp their behavioral decision-making process,which will be more helpful to provide refined countermeasures to promote the development of national fitness.
