摘要
城市黑臭水体普遍存在成因复杂、治理难度大的困难。本文以黄河下游城市—山东省滨州市为例,以小见大,基于对城市黑臭水体现状的分析,提出城市黑臭水体长效治理的合理化建议,希望对中国北方城市黑臭水体治理和预防返臭具有现实意义和应用价值。
Black and smelly water bodies in urban areas are complicated and difficult to control.In this paper,Binzhou City of Shandong Province,a city in the lower reaches of the Yellow River,is taken as an example.Based on the analysis of the embodiment of urban black smelly water,reasonable suggestions and measures for the long-term control of urban black smelly water are put forward,hope to has practical significance and application value for the control of urban black smelly water and the prevention of returning bad.
