摘要 为了优化温室大棚监测智能化管理,提出温室大棚移动机器人监测系统的设计方案。该方案采用TRIZ理论通过发明原理启发,运用了通用工程参数的转换、构建技术矛盾矩阵、分析推荐的发明原理等环节,进行了光照度周期性的环境参数测试试验。试验结果表明,移动机器人动态测试偏差小且可修复,可以提升温室大棚环境监测数据的精度;利用TRIZ发明原理的推荐方案,能够有效解决温室大棚监测系统设计中生产率与物质的量、自动化程度与系统复杂性以及可维修性等技术矛盾,为后续相关系统的优化设计提供了参考依据。 To optimize intelligent management of greenhouse monitoring,a scheme for designing a greenhouse mobile robot monitoring system was proposed.This plan adopts TRIZ theory and is inspired by the principles of invention,the design scheme of monitoring system for greenhouse mobile robot is proposed by completing the conversion of general engineering parameters,building the technical contradiction matrix,analyzing and recommending the invention principle,etc.After completing the hardware and software design of the system,the illumination performance test of the system is carried out.The test results show that the dynamic test deviation of mobile robot is small and repairable,which can improve the accuracy of greenhouse environmental monitoring data.Test results show that TRIZ invention principle can effectively solve technical contradictions in the design of greenhouse monitoring systems,such as productivity and material content,automation,system complexity,and maintainability,and provide a reference for the optimization design of subsequent related systems.
