摘要 针对地铁隧道在开挖过程中遇到溶洞、红黏土及复杂环境等不良因素对地铁隧道的质量和安全带来的问题,本文采用一种新型注浆材料与注浆工艺进行充填加固和防水,先分析了该工程在地铁隧道施工期间可能存在的主要问题,并制定了注浆技术方案和施工组织设计,以实际工程阐述了复杂环境下注浆的施工过程,通过监测地铁施工过程中结构沉降变形过程,分析新型注浆处理方案的有效性。结果表明:所采用的超前小导管注浆及管棚支护技术方案合理、施工方案安全高效,能够对该段不良地层实现充填加固的效果,研究成果可为地铁隧道施工提供参考依据。 In view of the problems brought by the undesirable factors such as cavities,red clay and complex environment to the quality and safety of subway tunnels during excavation,this paper adopts a new grouting material and grouting process for filling reinforcement and waterproofing,first analyzes the main problems that may exist during the construction of subway tunnels in this project,and develops a grouting technology plan and construction organization design,illustrates the complex environment with actual engineering.The construction process of grouting under complex environment is illustrated by actual projects,and the effectiveness of the new grouting treatment scheme is analyzed by monitoring the process of structural settlement and deformation during the subway construction.The results show that the advanced small pipe grouting and pipe shed support technology scheme is reasonable,the construction scheme is safe and efficient,and can achieve the effect of filling and strengthening the bad stratum in this section.The research results can provide a reference for the construction of subway tunnel.
