基于FPGA的转台分度误差分离电路研制

摘要 为了提高转台测角系统精度,针对转台分度误差分离开展研究。在分析转台角度测量值的构成基础上,对傅里叶法分离分度误差原理进行阐述;设计基于现场可编程门阵列(FPGA)的多通道角度信号同步采集与传输电路,详细说明了同步采集、TCP/IP通信等电路设计。搭建转台实验平台,实验结果证明:信号采集电路能高速、稳定地传输数据,不同角度间隔下的双读数头,均可以应用傅里叶法分离转台分度误差,其中角度间隔为150°的双读数头分离效果最佳,将峰峰值为60.9″的误差减小至2.19″。 In this paper,a research on separation technology of turntable indexing error was proposed in order to improve the accuracy of the turntable angular measurement system.Based on the analysis of the composition of the turntable angle measurement value,the principle of separating the indexing error by Fourier method was expounded.The multi-channel angle signal acquisition and transmission circuit based on field programmable gate array(FPGA)was designed,and the circuit design of synchronous acquisition and TCP/IP communication was explained in detail.The turntable platform was established,and the experiment shows that signal acquisition circuit can transmit data with high speed and stability,and Fourier method can be used to separate the indexing error of the turntable under different angle intervals.The double reading heads with an angle interval of 150° has the best separation effect,and the error with a peak-to-peak value of 60.9″ was reduced to 2.19″.
