摘要
针对常规原油稳定工艺在稳定深度、能耗和收益上的不均衡,在HYSYS软件中建立了负压闪蒸原油稳定工艺模拟流程和经济模型,以现场实际工况为基准,对影响因素进行了敏感性分析,并引入汽提技术对原工艺进行优化。结果表明,降低稳定塔操作压力或提高稳定塔操作温度可以增加稳定深度,压缩机出口压力的变化对稳定深度没有影响;当稳定原油中要求C_(5)及以下的含量为0.05%时,必须采用汽提技术;汽提后,稳定原油中轻组分含量增加,而重组分含量降低,汽提气量与收益呈反比;在稳定塔操作压力60kPa、操作温度77℃、压缩机出口压力250kPa、汽提气量20m^(3)/h的条件下,对现场工艺进行调整,调整后不凝气产量增加了29.67m^(3)/h,液烃产量增加了4487.74kg/h,每年的收益增加5086万元。研究结果可为同类型原油稳定工艺的改进和优化提供参考。
In view of the unbalance of conventional crude oil stabilization process in stability depth,energy consumption and income,the simulation process and economic model of negative pressure flash steam crude oil stabilization process were established in HYSYS software.Based on the actual field working conditions,the sensitivity analysis of influencing factors was carried out,and the stripping technology was introduced to optimize the original process.The results show that the stabilizing depth can be increased by decreasing the operating pressure of the stabilizer or increasing the operating temperature of the stabilizer,and the stabilizing depth is not affected by the change of the compressor outlet pressure.When the content of C_(5) or below in stable crude oil is 0.05%,stripping technology must be adopted.After stripping,the content of light components in stable crude oil increases,but the content of heavy components decreases,and the stripping gas is inversely proportional to the yield.When the stabilizing column operating pressure is 60 kPa,operating tempera-ture is 77 C,compressor outlet pressure is 250 kPa and steam extraction volume is 20 m^(3)/h,the field process is adjusted.After the ad-justment,the output of non-condensible gas increases by 29.67 m^(3)/h,the output of liquid hydrocarbon increases by 4487.74 kg/h,and the annual income increases by 50.86 million yuan.The research results can provide practical reference for the improvement and opti-mization of the stabilization process of the same type of crude oil.
