摘要
依托邻近甬台温高铁的新建乐清湾铁路路基工程,采用现场实测、数值模拟和正交分析的方法,对引起邻近高铁路基变形的堆载因素进行辨识与控制。结果表明:新建路基堆载作用下邻近地层水平位移竖向先增大后减小,最大值发生在软弱地层中,地表及软土层底部土体水平位移分别约为最大位移的55%、20%;邻近地层水平位移横向呈指数关系递减;影响既有高铁路基各变形的堆载因素主次顺序为堆载距离、堆载高度、软弱土层厚度、地基处理强度、堆载速度,其中,堆载距离和堆载高度影响最显著;堆载速度对地基最终变形量影响有限,对施工期内地基土的变形速率影响显著;通过堆载控制(堆载距离、堆载高度)及施工控制(地基处理强度、路基填筑速度)可减小堆载对邻近高铁路基变形的影响。
Based on the subgrade construction project of the newly-built Yueqing Bay Railway adjacent to Ningbo Taizhou Wenzhou High-speed Railway,the surcharge factors of the newly-built subgrade causing the deformation of the adjacent high-speed railway subgrade are identified and controlled by means of field measurement,numerical simulation and orthogonal analysis.The results show that:Under the action of new subgrade surcharge,the horizontal displacement of adjacent strata increases first and then decreases vertically,and the maximum occurs in weak strata.The horizontal displacement of soil on the surface,and at the bottom of soft soil layer is about 55%and 20%of the maximum displacement respectively.The horizontal displacement of adjacent strata decreases exponentially.The height of surcharge,the strength of foundation treatment and the thickness of soft soil layer have the most significant influence.The main and secondary factors influencing the deformation of existing high-speed railway roadbed are as follows:distance between the foot of the old and new roadbed,height of surcharge,thickness of soft soil layer,the strength of foundation treatment and the filling speed of new roadbed.Among them,the distance between the foot of the old and new roadbed and the influence of surcharge height have the most significant influence.The new roadbed filling speed has a limited influence on the final deformation of the foundation,but a significant impact on the deformation rate of the foundation soil during the construction period.The influence of surcharge on the deformation of adjacent high-speed railway subgrade can be reduced through surcharge control(surcharge distance and surcharge height)and construction control(foundation treatment strength and subgrade filling speed).
