摘要
相对于以平房为住居空间的宅居,楼居是指以楼房为住居空间的居住方式。明清时期,楼居在一些地方的市井平民与高官富商阶层中广泛流行,形成了两种不同的楼居形态。楼房具有高出的特点,楼宅的出现在一定程度上改变了传统住居空间的结构,对传统家庭生活秩序尤其是男女关系的维系形成了考验与挑战。体现在明清小说中,以楼房为叙事空间的小说叙事开始大量出现,其中,以涉及男女情感关系的小说叙事最具代表性。这类小说叙事把男女情感关系的发生、发展置于楼居空间之中,在居住空间的区隔与逾越中表达礼制与情欲的对立与妥协,表现了新的社会文化与物质生活背景下明清小说创作出现的新变化和取得的新成就。
Compared with the cottage as the living space,the building residence refers to the living style of using the building as the living space.During the Ming and Qing Dynasties,building residence was widely popular among the common people in some regions and the high officials and rich merchants,forming two different forms of building residence.The emergence of the building house had the characteristic of being high,which changed the structure of the traditional living space to a certain extent,testing and challenging the order of family life,especially the maintenance of the relationship between men and women.In Ming and Qing novels,novel narratives in which buildings were used as narrative spaces began to appear in large numbers,and among them,those involving the emotional relationship between men and women were the most representative.These novels place the occurrence and development of emotional relationships between men and women in the space of the building,expressing the confrontation and compromise between ritual and lust in the separation and crossing of living space,and expressing the new changes and achievements in the creation of Ming and Qing novels in the context of the new social culture and material life.
