摘要
对不同替代率(15%、30%、70%和100%)再生砂或再生碎石的混凝土配合比设计、和易性、空气含量、抗压强度进行试验研究分析,并建立再生混凝土抗压强度与密度之间的计算模型。研究结果表明:再生材料掺量低于30%时,新拌混凝土坍落度几乎不变,抗压强度均大于40 MPa;掺量增加至100%时,坍落度下降了55%~65%,抗压强度陡然降低;再生混凝土的密度低于天然集料混凝土,且随着掺量的增加而降低;28d再生混凝土抗压强度与密度之间呈线性关系。
The experimental research and analysis on the concrete mix design,workability,air content,and compressive strength of recycled sand or crushed stone with different replacement rates(15%,30%,70%,and 100%) are conducted,and the calculation model is established between the compressive strength and density of recycled concrete.The research results show that:when the mixing amount of recycled material is less than 30%,the slump of fresh concrete remains almost unchanged,and the compressive strength is greater than 40 MPa;when the mixing amount increases to 100%,the slump decreases by 55%~65%,and the compressive strength suddenly decreases;the density of recycled concrete is lower than that of natural aggregate concrete,and decreases with the increase of the mixing amount;it has a linear relationship between the compressive strength and density of 28d recycled concrete.
