摘要
盆腔炎性疾病后慢性盆腔痛是以疼痛及炎症等伴随症状为主的慢性病过程,病机属于虚实夹杂。朱琏抑制针法是依据现代医学辨病,使用强刺激手法起到镇静、缓解疼痛的作用,其中抑制Ⅱ型针法相对柔和,针感较为舒适,适用于盆腔炎性疾病后慢性盆腔痛的治疗。介绍运用朱琏抑制Ⅱ型针法治疗盆腔炎性疾病后慢性盆腔痛,通过中医辨证判断患者在疾病不同阶段中疼痛的证型及虚实程度,调整针刺手法、刺激部位、刺激时机这三个关键要素,调试“轻松舒适”的针感,对虚寒者辅以艾灸治疗,可兼顾补虚和泻实、寒热并除,能更有针对性地达到治疗盆腔炎性疾病后遗症慢性盆腔痛的目的。
The sequelae of pelvic inflammatory disease-chronic pelvic pain(SPID-CPP)is a chronic disease pro⁃cess with accompanying symptoms such as pain and inflammation,and its pathogenesis is a deficiency-excess com⁃plex.ZHU Lian's inhibition acupuncture is performed based on modern medical diagnosis by using strong stimulating techniques to calm and relieve pain.The inhibition type II acupuncture is relatively soft and comfortable,and is suit⁃able for SPID-CPP.This paper introduced the use of ZHU Lian's inhibition typeⅡacupuncture to treat SPID-CPP.It is suggested to judge the TCM syndrome pattern of pain and the severity of deficiency and excess through TCM syn⁃drome differentiation.By regulating the three key techniques including manipulation,stimulation sites,and stimula⁃tion timing of acupuncture,adjusting the“relaxed and comfortable”needling sensation,and adding moxibustion in those with deficiency cold syndrome,both supplementing deficiency and draining excess,as well as eliminating cold and heat can be finished,so as to treat SPID-CPP as planned.
