摘要
滨海县人民医院通过成立多学科协作诊疗中心,依托名医工作室建设推进多学科协作诊疗模式,以疾病为导向聚集名医工作室专家及院内医疗骨干,组建多个单病种多学科协作诊疗团队,为开展多学科联合门诊搭建合作平台。文章通过现状分析,总结运行过程中的具体做法与经验,为国内基层医院推广多学科协作诊疗模式提供可行性依据。
The multi-disciplinary collaborative diagnosis and treatment mode in Binhai People’s Hospital is promoted by the establishment of multi-disciplinary collaborative diagnosis and treatment center and the development of famous doctors'studios.Experts from famous doctors'studios and medical backbone in the hospital are gathered according to diseases,and a number of single-disease multi-disciplinary collaborative diagnosis and treatment teams are formed to build a cooperation platform for multidisciplinary joint outpatient service.This paper made a status quo analysis and summarized the practice and experience in the operational process to provide a feasible basis for the promotion of multi-disciplinary collaborative diagnosis and treatment mode in domestic grass-roots hospitals.
