摘要
我国老龄化程度较严重,人口结构以老年人为主,因而骨质疏松已成为社会面临的主要问题之一。基于骨质疏松造成的骨折发生的概率在逐年递增,相应的高额医疗支出给个人、家庭、社会带来巨大影响。近年来,骨质疏松及骨折风险评估工具已成为热点话题。操作简便、经济、实用性强的评估工具能有效防治骨质疏松及骨质疏松性骨折。本文就骨质疏松及骨折的危险因素和相关风险评估工具的应用作一综述。
The aging in China is serious,and the population structure is dominated by the elderly,so osteoporosis has become one of the main problems faced by the society.The probability of fractures caused by osteoporosis is increasing year by year.The corresponding high medical expenditure has great impact on individuals,families,and society.In recent years,osteoporosis and fracture risk assessment tools have become a hot topic.Simple,economical,and practical assessment tools can effectively prevent and treat osteoporosis and osteoporotic fractures.This article reviews the risk factors of osteoporosis and fractures and the application of related risk assessment tools.
