摘要
为解决高瓦斯近距离煤层开采造成的多煤层瓦斯治理难题,以魏家地煤矿为工程背景,采用现场调研和数值模拟的分析手段,展开高瓦斯近距离煤层瓦斯治理体系研究。提出了针对于高瓦斯近距离煤层开采的“通防巷下行钻孔+定向拦截钻孔+高位定向钻孔+地面钻井”四位一体联抽治理体系,并给定了具体参数;以钻孔抽采瓦斯纯量、风排瓦斯占比和上下隅角瓦斯含量为监测指标对该治理体系的实际效果进行检验,验证了“四位一体”瓦斯治理体系的有效性。
In order to solve the problem of multi-coal seam gas control caused by high gas close distance coal seam mining,taking Weijiadi Coal Mine as the engineering background,the gas control system of high gas close distance coal seam is studied by means of field investigation and numerical simulation.A‘four in one’combined drainage control system of‘down-hole drilling+directional interception drilling+high-level directional drilling+ground drilling’for high-gas close-distance coal seam mining was proposed,and specific parameters were given.The actual effect of the control system was tested by using the gas purity of borehole extraction,the proportion of air exhaust gas and the gas content of upper and lower corners as monitoring indicators,and the effectiveness of the‘four in one’gas control system was verified.
