摘要
本文以个案调查和文献检索获得的信息为基础,探讨“技术创新”理论和技术学会职责定位,阐明行业协会在创新体制中的位置与意义,研究其发挥作用的机理、面临的障碍与挑战,提出应对和改进措施。
Based on the information obtained from case studies and document retrieval,this paper starts from exploring the theory of"technological innovation"and the positioning of the responsibilities of technological societies,clarifies the position and significance of industry associations in the innovation system,studies the mechanism of their role,obstacles and challenges they face,and puts forward countermeasures and improvement measures.
