摘要
数字赋能乡村文化振兴为乡村优秀文化的继承发扬、创新发展和推进数字乡村的构建提供多种优势。聚焦少数民族文化特色资源的发掘与振兴,通过对桂西北民族地区乡村文化发展现状的探析,发现该地乡村民族特色文化资源优势显著,有较大发展潜力,但乡村数字基础总体水平还有待提升,乡村数字人才储备有待充实,民族文化特色资源还有开发空间。强化数字赋能乡村文化振兴的设施保障;提高乡村数字化人才素养,构建数字人才支撑体系;充分开发民族文化特色资源,有利于盘活少数民族优秀乡村文化,促进少数民族文化的传承与创新发展,推动民族地区乡村文化共建共享,助力桂西北地区乡村文化振兴走上可持续发展道路。
The digital empowerment of rural cultural revitalization provides various advantages for the inheritance,innovative development,and promotion of excellent rural culture,as well as the building of digital villages.This paper focuses on the exploration and revitalization of ethnic minority cultural resources.Through the analysis of the current situation of rural cultural development in northwest Guangxi,we found that the rural ethnic cultural resources have significant advantages and great development potential,but the overall level of digital foundation in rural areas need to be improved,rural digital talent reserves need to be enriched,and there is still room for development of ethnic cultural resources.We need to guarantee facility to strengthen digital empowerment of rural cultural revitalization,improve the literacy of rural digital talents and build a digital talent support system.
