摘要
碳载量模型标定一直是重型柴油机DPF标定工作中一个重要的环节,而模型标定的准确度一直是一大难题,其影响因素很多,其中DOC温度、DPF温度、排气流量以及碳载量大小这四个参数,对碳载量模型的影响比较突出,本文对这四个参数进行重点研究,以控制变量法在样品发动机上设计研究试验,通过总结归纳试验数据并导出规律特性曲线,寻找这四个参数对碳载量的影响,为碳载量模型的标定提供了理论基础及数据支撑。
The calibration of carbon load model has always been an important link in the DPF calibration of heavy diesel engines,and the accuracy of model calibration has always been a major problem.There are many influencing factors,among which DOC temperature,DPF temperature,exhaust flow and carbon load size are four parameters that have a prominent impact on the carbon load model.This paper focuses on these four parameters,and designs research tests on sample engines using the Control variates,By summarizing and inducing experimental data and deriving characteristic curves,the influence of these four parameters on carbon loading was found,providing theoretical basis and data support for the calibration of carbon loading models.
