摘要
结合工程实例,对珠海地区的钻孔灌注桩的质量问题及原因进行详细分析,结果显示:钻孔灌注桩串孔导致桩的充盈系数增大,成桩质量和成孔质量无法保证;浇灌桩的泥浆护壁失稳破坏是串孔发生的首要条件,空桩泥浆护壁失稳破坏混凝土涌入是串孔的最终标志。钻孔灌注桩串孔主要由混凝土侧压力引发的;采用合理布置桩机数量,优化桩机行进路线、桩浇筑方式以及控制泥浆比重来预防灌注桩串孔。
In this paper,the quality problems and causes of bored pile in Zhuhai area are analyzed in detail.The results show that the filling coefficient of the pile increases and the quality of the pile and the hole can not be guaranteed.The instability of mud retaining wall of poured pile is the primary condition for the occurrence of string holes,and the concrete influx caused by the instability of mud retaining wall of empty pile is the final sign of string holes.The string holes of bored pile is mainly caused by the side pressure of concrete.The number of pile machines is rationally arranged,the route of pile machines and pile pouring method are optimized and the proportion of mud is controlled to prevent the pile holes.
