摘要
高职鞋类专业人才培养存在的问题是多种社会问题的折射。要从根本上解决,必须多维度综合分析,运用共生理论审视问题产生的原因,提出鞋类专业需要积极探索适切的人才培养方式,整合教育资源,构建互惠共生的人才培养机制,提高人才培养质量,为中国式现代化建设输送优秀人才。
The problems on cultivation of footwear professionals in higher vocational colleges are the reflections of a variety of social problems.In order to solve the problem fundamentally,we must make comprehensive treatment from multiple dimensions.This paper has examined the causes of the problems with the symbiosis theory,and put forward that footwear specialty needs to actively explore appropriate professional cultivation methods,to integrate educational resources,to build a mutually beneficial symbiotic talent cultivation mechanism,to improve the quality of personnel training,and to transport excellent talents for the modernization of Chinese style.
