CPM法装配式综合管廊接口水密性试验研究

摘要 预制装配式管廊在城市综合管廊工程中应用越来越广泛,已成为一种重要的地下结构形式。然而,由于管廊是由多个预制构件组成,其接缝处的水密性一直是备受关注的问题。针对上述问题,经过研究与工程实践,设计了一个闭水钢环试验装置,在管廊内部形成一个高压闭水腔,对接缝处的水密性进行试验,实验结果和建议可为管廊接口的防水技术提供参考。 Prefabricated pipe galleries are increasingly widely used in urban integrated pipe gallery engineering,as important underground structures.However,pipe galleries are composed of multiple prefabricated components,so the water tightness of joints has always been a concern.Accordingly,a closed steel ring tester was designed through research and engineering practice.A high-pressure closed chamber was formed inside the pipe gallery to test the water tightness of joints.Experimental results and suggestions can be used for reference in waterproofing of pipe gallery joints.
