摘要
子宫内膜异位症系妇科常见多发病,该病具有临床表现多样、症状重、治愈率低、复发率高的特点,运用中医药治疗本病具有一定的优势,易修珍教授根据子宫内膜异位症正气不足、邪毒内侵或脏腑虚惫、湿痰瘀久积成癥的病机特点,提出扶正祛邪并举以治疗虚实夹杂之证,强调注重肝脾肾功能的恢复,辅以祛湿化痰逐瘀,达到正胜邪退之目的,为中医防治子宫内膜异位症提供新的思路。
Endometriosis is a common and frequently-occurring disease in gynecology,characterized by diverse clinical manifestations,severe symptoms,low cure rate,and high recurrence rate.The use of traditional Chinese medicine to treat this disease has certain advantages.Professor Yi Xiuzhen proposed to treat the syndrome of deficiency and excess by combining nourishing the vital energy,invading pathogenic toxins,and accumulating dampness,phlegm,and blood stasis based on the pathogenesis of endometriosis,emphasis should be placed on the recovery of liver,spleen,and kidney functions,supplemented by dispelling dampness,resolving phlegm,and removing blood stasis,in order to achieve the goal of eliminating dampness,eliminating evil,and providing new ideas for the prevention and treatment of endometriosis in traditional Chinese medicine.
