摘要
为研究镁/聚四氟乙烯/氟橡胶(MTV)富燃烟火剂在低压环境下的燃烧特性,建立了MTV烟火剂三维燃烧流动数值模型,采用9步简化反应机理耦合涡耗散概念燃烧模型描述有氧燃烧反应动力学过程.通过CO_(2)激光点火低压燃烧实验结果验证了模型的合理性.结果表明:压力降低和Mg含量增加均会造成火焰温度降低;Mg氟化反应产物MgF2的分布核心与火焰高温区重合,低压下核心面积减小并向燃面移动;由于氧气分压降低,压力对Mg氧化反应速率的影响更明显.
To study the combustion characteristics of magnesium/polytetrafluoroethylene/fluororubber(MTV)fuelrich pyrolants under low pressure,a three-dimensional combustion flow numerical model of MTV pyrolants was established.A 9-step simplified reaction mechanism coupled with eddy dissipation concept combustion model was used to describe the reaction kinetics of aerobic combustion.The feasibility of the model was verified by the results of CO_(2) laser ignition low-pressure combustion experiments.The results show that the flame temperature decreases with the decrease of pressure and the increase of Mg content.The distribution core of MgF2,the product of Mg fluorination reaction,coincides with the flame high temperature zone,and the core area decreases and moves to the burning surface under low pressure.As the partial pressure of oxygen decreases,the effect of pressure on the oxidation reaction rate of Mg is more obvious.
